Join Open Door for a day of community, food, and fun at our 16th Annual Summer Picnic! This free event is the perfect opportunity to enjoy food, games, prizes, and fellowship with friends and family.
16th Annual Summer Picnic Details
- Date: August 22, 2026
- Time: 12 PM to 4 PM
- Location: Fabyan #1 Forest Park Preserve, 1925 Batavia Ave., Geneva 60134 (Route 31)
- Highlights: We will be hosting our Book Bag Giveaway during the picnic (while supplies last).
Support Our Students: Back-to-School Supply Drive Ahead of the picnic, we are collecting school supplies and backpacks to ensure local students start the school year equipped for success.
- Supplies Needed: New backpacks, notebooks, folders, loose-leaf paper, pencils, pens, crayons, colored pencils, markers, highlighters, glue sticks, scissors, rulers, pencil pouches/boxes, calculators, hand sanitizer, tissues, and more.
- Donation Deadline: Please submit all donations by August 19, 2026.
