No matter how much you invest, your contribution has an impact on the lives of Open Door patients:
- $50 buys supplies for a patient to attend support groups and Client Advisory Committee event throughout the year.
- $100 ensures that a community member will receive free testing and treatment for a sexually transmitted infection.
- $300 provides transportation for 10 patients to attend primary care visits to ensure they continue to adhere to their medication.
- $500 offers sexual health and wellness educational opportunities for at least 150 high school and college students.
- $1,000 helps Open Door provide medical case management services to a client in need of support and assistance to improve their lives.
